Orders may be sent by mail, phone or FAX. If merchandise is out of stock, you will be notified immediately with our best estimate of back-order availability. If you don't wish  to wait for a back-order, we will refund your money. Orders will be shipped the  best or the least expensive way (usually UPS Ground) within 24 hours of receipt of orders,  unless you specify otherwise (overnight or 2nd-day express service available at   extra charge). Please do not use your P.O.box as the shipping address. Do not return anything  without return authorization  Claims of damage must be reported immediately. Claims of shortage must be reported to ASBY within 10 days after receipt of goods. Prices are subject to change without notice.
